I'd say Vegito for reasons above. And also toying with someone with the intelligence with ease of Piccolo on top of making said person look like a person with little martial arts experience.

Well imo magic should be equalized to ki. Magic in MLP is actually similar to ki. Just like ki, it is part of their life force (overuse has caused visible physical strain, and even ageing in the case of Starswirl and Mistmane). It's loss causing weariness, and even dulled coloration, further implying it is similar to ki, or at least a part of their biology. And Tirek is pretty tanky in this form.

If worst comes to worst he can just try and talk his way out like he did with Discord, a pretty damn good trickster himself.

Yeah but thats the problem, Tirek could trick Vegito, just as Cell did Vegeta, or Vegeta did Cell. Come to think of it, does Vegito even have the AP advantage here? All we know he is >> Character who is >>> baseline SS level.

DBZ magic is not = MLP magic. MLP magic seems more like Mana, whereas DBZ magic seems more like...well not. Like spells and incantations, rather than an energy source.

I doubt it since Tirek is >> Discord who is > Celestia, who is = 4080x baseline. Lets not forget that Discords sneezes alone are > Full Power Chrysalis and her army.

Well power levels are non-linear but it'd likely wouldn't matter much.

Sadly i'd have to vote for Tirek. The only thing saving Vegito is his ludricriously high A X B multipiler.

Cadance: Presumably somewhat comparable to Tia and Luna (~4.08 kiloFoe)

Discord: Superior to two Alicorns (>8.16 kiloFoe), but inferior to a maximum of four, giving Twilight some serious benefit of the doubt (<16.32 kiloFoe)

Post-Discord Tirek: 16.32 kiloFoe at absolute max, as he stalemated Twilight boosted by the magic of three superior Alicorns

OH, sorry, I forgot it was that and not 1 foe. Still, Tirek has a big advantage here simply for overpowering Discord. 70x vs 360x is more than triple difference, and when it comes to DBZ those differences mean a lot.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't the sun moving feat Celestia did really casual since she pretty much does that on a daily basis? So wouldn't that mean the Alicorns might actually be even higher than just 4.08 KiloFoe. Which would in turn make Tirek even higher in terms of AP.

Possibly.

The problem is that stronger characters putting in more effort or performing seemingly more impressive feats in the verse usually leads to 4-C due to the nature of relativistic KE.

4.08 kiloFoe is more than enough here, though.
