Going with Supergirl. She can restore her power as long as she's under a yellow sun, she has better martial art skills than Slug and she can move the fight in space where she can survive and Slug cannot.

Also Slug's regen takes quite a toll on his stamina so he will tire out rather quickly if he uses it consecutively and Kara can pressure him and not let him regen. While Kara's healing factor is lower than Slug's, it is a passive and continuous effect and she will be able to regen quite a lot of damage.
