Kelsier did struggle to put down an Inquisitor. LR being way too strong probably mattered more than Kelsier not really caring about his own well being, and CIS remains a thing in threads anyways.

Even then, can't LR do literally everything Kelsier can do and more? I believe he retained mistborn+feruchemy powers, which means he's a compounder of everything.
