Now I ain't no Power Ranger expert but I have a problem with his tier.

His Profile should have been a Low 1-C tier instead of an environmental destruction

Lord Drakkon should have been a solid Low 1-C if that is the case since the Heart of the Master feats are from the Grid

We should prolly add a new tabber for the Heart of the Master as well. IDK if it should have all abilities of the Morphing Grid tho.
