Boros is listed as a user when he doesn't have the ability listed on his profile yet, and it's pretty self-explanatory given that Meteoric Burst is a trump card that greatly increases his stats beyond the body's limits while placing a large burden on him

Either that, or Boros doesn't have Awakened Power and he should be removed from the page
