His 6-C key is via being comparable to Steven Stone, whose stronger High 6-C key is via being comparable to Red (Pokémon), a character who, at strongest is High 7-A. Many Pokémon trainer profiles are outdated and need to be updated as stated by GyroNutz earlier.
