This Prime gap has a path + Mastered conviction (+ possibly 4 masteries (according to tom).

Anyways I still think Paecheon should still scale through Shintaro’s statement comparing him with Shingen. But I’m fine with waiting for more context.

I dont think a single person here misunderstands the fact that Paecheon, Daniel, James, Kitae, Yuseong, and every other Top Tier should absolutely scale. It just becomes a slippery slope too quickly to apply likelies and possiblies to everyone because the cutoff point becomes completely arbitrary.
And so, we wait.

Shintaro only said Pacheon is the Shingen of China because they were both undefeated at the time, with Shingen being the tiger that cannot be hunted and Pacheon having an immortal body and also both being literal endurance tanks, so I don't think its a direct scaling comparison

Especially since a single conviction punch from Jake nearly killed him lmao

For Big Daniel you mean UI right?
I don't think Mujin deserves to be there, if he has a profile it should probably be deleted.
He has 0 showings of what he's capable of & relies on a rumor like the one that put Xialong on Gun's level, nothing from the narrator & no solid feats, throw him in the bin.

Kitae, Gun & Goo don't have a connection to this either. If Gun & Goo are there you might as well throw in Tom Lee as well.
James has already been spoken about enough here. I'd rather just put him 'possibly' & hold it off everybody else.
Maybe also Alexander Sophia.

Why don't we just wait a while (probably half a year to a year) to get it done properly.

Paecheon Jo is not comparable to a Shingen or Gap in his prime, nor is it even likely to scale to an old Gap since Jake with his Conviction was able to defeat him and we know that Jake is even far from reaching Jinrang's level and the latter considers him to be far from Gap's level.

We also cannot scale Mujin because he completely lacks feats and there are really no statements that directly compare him to Gap.

Not saying Kitae and the other top tiers aren’t scalable to Gap, but since we didn’t see how Old Gap was taken down and furthermore, a lot of unreliable statements, this thread is deciding that its better to wait for how Gap and Prime Shingen actually scales to other characters before giving everyone the High 8-C rating.

After, which is why this thread is here, since that was prepath James and with James’s statements Seongji would be stronger than Gap.

Basically we’re unsure if he experienced Gap’s power and want to wait and see the situation surrounding his death before assuming Kitae and James fought and were relative to him.

I believe I removed all the High 8-C ratings from the non-Gap and non-Shingen characters. A new exact AP values for the characters can be applied in another thread. This thread can be closed now
