I think only 8 Swastikas Spear has irrelevant speed. in any other Swastikas Reinhard isn't full power nor Spear and Ren multiple times blocked it

We don't have a key for restricted Reinhard so that doesn't matter for now

Uh I guess this can be changed but for now just open the Longinuslanze Testament page, like Tony said theres gonna be another big Reinhard CRT soon so it can be changed for him then.

Also I probably wont be able to preform the edit atm due to being out and about so if someone else could handle it id appreciate it.
