Loki (GKS) vs The Last Dragonborn

Voting Loki for better hax,immortality and regen and for having more ways to get the job done

Loki's Immortality and Regen are for his 2-C state. So i'm pretty sure he doesn't have that for his Tier 5 and 6 forms.
Since he doesn't possess those two in this match, it'll be a bit tough for Loki to defeat him but i too think he'll get this in the end only a bit or so harder. Loki has resistance to soul hax so it seems he'll do fine against Dovikhans soul absorption move. Both seem like they got ways to beat each other with their powers but overall, i think Loki's got this leaning to his side so in the end even without his immortality and regen from his strongest form, he'll more than likely get this eventually.

I can't really say much else other than I think Loki would win for the reasons above. Their hax seem to counter eachother out for the most part but I think Loki would pull through.
