With what I have to work with here, this seems like it would only get "possibly Logic Manipulation" listed, and even that's being pretty generous. If you have more scans/evidence though, feel free to present it.

I mean, tbh, it mentions a classical logic contradiction after assessment about "stripping away logic", not to mention it says it in the context of describing the other effects like "causing sanity yield to madness" which we know for sure dissonant can do, as such I really doubt it we can just dismiss it as a metaphorical language, especially since this is a scientific report, so I think it gives at least some hints. But yes, otherwise I run out of evidence

I will wait for opinions of others, though, and until then will just stick to Information/Law hax
