Okay, fine, let's make it more in-depth then.

Nil's abstract existence is thrown right out the window because of the fact that Exdeath can interact with her, and the fact he has both type 1 and 2 concept manipulation. Her NEP is also equally pointless because Exdeath's hax can interact with beings who have the same type of non-existence.

Her immortalities are pointless as well since Exdeath has a plethora of ways to deal with them, including the Crystals which can negate all types of immortality excluding type 9.

Nil leads with her absorption, which is an ability she always has turned on, but the problem is she needs to phase through her opponent and erase them for it to work, which obviously won't work on Exdeath because of his regen. She doesn't lead with her memory hax in-combat, and he resists the rest of her stuff.

So in conclusion, Nil can't do anything to Exdeath, while Exdeath can literally do anything he feels like to her. So...
