I remember that I saw scan with that before but now when I was looking for it I couldn't find it. Can somebody please show that scan to me?

I think those forces is just the TOAA.

It should probably be adjusted to "overruled by The-One-Above-All". Multiple forces were never mentioned afaIk.

The artifact itself had been created by unknown higher-dimensional entities above even the Living Tribunal.

This is from Marvel Database. And I am sure I saw that scan myself but now could not find it.

Could this have been a reference to the Beyonder's. Just a random guess , but I'd like to figure out who they were referring to ( They would've just said OOA or TOAA if it was him, they've implied it several tomes before this, why is it different now ? ) .
