Lisa Hamilton VS Ditto

So, Lisa may not be smarter, she & Ditto are probably equal in skill with her techniques, Ditto possibly better, & stamina is unclear but probably in Ditto's favor?

I guess Inconclusive, maybe leaning Ditto, in the absence of evidence Lisa's stamina is better?
