Link's fire resistance, AP advantage, and stuff like Chateau Romani for unlimited magic, Giant's Mask to abuse that AP advantage, and Stone Mask for virtual invisibility should give him the win.

This is kinda stompy....Only thing that Natsu has is that he won't be hurt by Time Hax. But that is it.

Natsu's fire burns things that shouldn't be burned normally. He burned himself and he has high resistance to fire. Where does Link's resistance come from? And he should be able to smell Link and keep track of him if he's invisible.
