His high-end shields can safely block sentinel lasers, which can melt stone, but I'm not sure if there's anything they encounter as hot as a Lightsaber.

Link's timestop does have a cool down and mostly stores kinetic energy:

Stop the flow of time for an object.
Stops an object in time while storing its kinetic energy. The stored energy will act upon the object when the flow of time resumes. Making good use of the stored energy can move even the largest of objects.

Having said that Link is scaling to 4x 2.267 Megatons (9.068 MT) while Grevious is scaling to 79.374 Megatons. Meaning that Link will have to hit Grievous roughly 9 times to equal a single one of Grevious' hits and it's actually questionable if any weapon other than the Ancient Arrows or Master Sword would do any damage to Grievous because of the crippling AP difference.

And you brought good points, I did not know about the absurd AP gap to be fair

But then I can see Link using an Ancient Arrow and win that way, simple and effective, and Link fought "robots" enemies and know how effective those arrows are against these type of enemies

For now, is Grievous can 2 shot link (two different one shots) he wins, if Link uses hax, he wins
