Honestly, its a stomp in the favor of the Loud. Irresponsible Dad usually never wields weapons when on his bike, and he can only hold one weapon at a time (possibly 2). And when it comes to Harpoons and Cannons, he never wields them, as they are stationary objects. So yeah. Lincoln wins.
