Having seen Toshiro's profile, I came up with the idea of this thread since Reno does a similar thing imo.

In Chapter 60, Reno is shown able to completely freeze a kaiju into solid object, sealing its movement and consciousness, still having the same expression on its face when it attack Iharu

This would fit in the second type of Sealing listed on the page
