Liltotto: The True (Perhaps a Bit Hungry) Hybrid of Bleach

Liltotto should be classified as a hybrid (Quincy, Shinigami, and Hollow) and possess the respective physiologies.

Reasoning: The justification is similar to why she has both "The Love" and Loly's poison. "The Glutton" allows Liltotto to acquire the powers of the individuals she consumes. Since Liltotto has consumed both Shinigami and Hollows, she should gain the powers and physiologies of both. Additionally, "The Glutton" enables her to understand and use these powers, granting her access to all abilities linked to these physiologies. Given that Liltotto acquired Loly’s powers, her Hollow physiology would likely correspond to a low-tier Arrancar level.

TL;DR: "You are what you eat," and in this case, it’s quite literally true.

I don't think she should be classified as a hybrid at all as your scan appears to state that she only acquires abilities temporarily. The most accurate description for this would be Limited Power Absorption, and I'm not sure if physiology would account as abilities she can learn without her showcasing abilities specific to the different physiologies of Bleach races especially because she's missing things like a zanpakuto or using ceros. At least with the provided scan, if she's got some which have her showcasing either of the previous things I mentioned, I could support her Limited Power Absorption covering physiologies

Even if her powers are temporary, which I won’t argue for or against, since I've heard differing opinions about whether she can use "The Love" in CFYOW, one of our experts on CFYOW would know for sure. There’s no point in the ani-manga or CFYOW where the powers she steals wouldn’t apply to her, as all her fights occur after she has already used "The Glutton" in both the TYBW and CFYOW arcs.

Regarding the physiology aspect: not having a zanpakuto isn’t an issue. Loly’s poison works through her zanpakuto, yet Liltotto can use her poison without one. This indicates she can access the abilities she steals without relying on a zanpakuto. Additionally, she gains the reishi of her victims when she eats, which is quite similar to how Ginjo steals power—essentially identical. Ginjo can also use physiological abilities (e.g., Shikai, Bankai, and Cero) on top of Getsuga Tensho, which is a zanpakuto ability. Plus an arrancar's zanpakuto ability is literally part of their physiology.

TL;DR: Even if her powers are only temporary, that’s the only iteration of the character we have. She uses a zanpakuto ability without a zanpakuto and gains the reishi of her victims. Ginjo, another hybrid, steals power in a similar manner and demonstrates the use of physiological abilities. Moreover, an arrancar's zanpakuto ability is inherently part of their physiology.

Ginjo's stealing of powers is through different mechanics than Lil firstly, and he's clearly shown to maintain the powers he's stolen once we see him again in CFYOW secondly. He isn't a valid example to try and support what you're talking about with Liltotto because his mechanics are clearly different.

That said, we have two separate versions of Liltotto going off the current profile. So she wouldn't even have Pepe's powers while she has Loly's powers for example. Whatmore, seeing as the powers she gain isn't permanent in the first place, it's not an if because the very scan you provided explicity states that "Her secondary power allowed her to instincitvely know how to use the characterstic abilities of whatever she had ingested until it was fully digested"

That is the text outright stating she doesn't maintain these powers, and going off her digestion, she wouldn't maintain them for long either. While I'm fine with marking on her profile that she has these absorbed powers at the appropriate time, I do not agree with the physiology stuff because these physiology pages we have include things such as the purification that comes from zanpakutos or the corruption that is innate to being a hollow.

To say she possesses these abilities doesn't have the same support as her possessing Pepe's letter as it's outright stated or Loly's poison as she's shown. Because you know, Liltotto doesn't showcase a Resurrecion to utilize Loly's power she just took the special ability stored within the zanpakuto

My comparison to Ginjo is based on the energy-absorbing mechanics in both of their methods of gaining power. Ginjo stealing Ichigo's spiritual pressure is what led Uryu to believe that he had access to all of Ichigo's abilities, and the corruption of a Hollow originates from that energy in the first place. But I digress—he's not necessary for this discussion.

This can be easily resolved by creating a tab for each "arc" and placing the respective abilities or physiologies under the appropriate tab.

The Zanpakuto of an Arrancar is fundamentally different from that of a Shinigami; it represents their truest form sealed. An Arrancar's Zanpakuto ability is equivalent to the inherent abilities or gimmicks that regular Hollows possess. You cannot separate it from the rest of the Hollow's abilities, as it's no different from Grand Fisher's lure or Shrieker's bombs.

Regarding the Resurrection, Liltotto consumed Loly's Resurrection, meaning she took in her true form. Remember, a Resurrection is not about gaining new power but rather unsealing power that already exists (which the Hollow sealed in the first place). Since Liltotto didn't seal any power, she doesn't need to use Resurrection to utilize that power (the poison).

In my opinion, I'm applying Occam's Razor here. To claim that her power specifically only steals energy and a specific ability, which is inherent to the Hollow and part of their physiology, while not taking anything else from the same physiology, seems more convoluted. let's see what people vote; If more people agree with you, then I guess it wasn’t Occam’s Razor at the end of the day.

P.S. I’m fine with her not gaining the purification/etc abilities of a Shinigami, as those powers basically all stem from a Shinigami's Asauchi, which is separate from the Shinigami and their "base" powers. I only want it included (the physiology) for the sake of documenting it and for Shunpo. i'm fine with (However, she doesn’t gain any Asauchi or technological abilities from being a Shinigami). The Hollow side is different since all their abilities are inherent to them, and they don't require any special tools to use them.

P.P.S Thank you for taking this seriously. I want to make it clear that I'm not being wanker; I genuinely believe this to be the truth.
