Sorry, been meaning to comment on this for awhile...
Its close... but leaning towarda Alice just a bit. Flight, swarming with danmaku spitting dolls from multiple angles would force Lilina to rush her tomes, fire may just force them to blow up in close range... and if the dolls do have the resistance to being in close view to Mokou or the Hell of Blazing Fires it may not even be too effective. Add in Alice's Goliath Doll and its mostly a uphill battle for Liliana.

Siding with Jiangshi here, although slightly lean on a tie too. But overall Alice.
