No Emilia hit him cause he was distracted so that doesn't count.

It's explicitly stated by Reid himself that he was hit because he was surprised by Emilia not reacting to him touching her breasts. So Emilia doesn't have FTL attack speed.


There's no other character in the setting who can cut lightspeed beam except Reid, Reinhard, and Satella. All others are dodging the aim or blocking them with shield and environmental cover.
