Well, Lightning has a type-4 immortality (being the new Goddess)(Easily tanking a Hypernova)... She Killed Bhunivelze (Whom killed Mwynn, the creator of the universe)... And assuming full power being able to summon anything plus her hax time manipulation ability... I would give it to Lightning....

The thing about all this is... yes they can just recreate universes as many times as they want... However, Rosalina is not immortal, Lightning can just literally wait for Rosalina to age and die... She can even speed up that time if she wanted to <.<...

Wow. Massive Bump. Anyways... Rosalina does have greater Low 2-C power though... I vote Rosalinda. Stronger, likely faster, and while not a better tactician, her power makes up for it.
