Yes Giratina can be omnipresent, however, Lightning still has type 1, 3, and 4 immortality and it is near impossible to kill her >.>.... Now since Giratina is also Intangible, this applies to "Immortality" as well.... Neither party can actually kill one another... So... I don't... Know....I'd have to call it a draw >.<...

Giratina doesn't use antimatter to kill (whether this is because of plot armour, game mechanics or lol fiction I don't know) but it can seal Universal beings with antimatter manipulation though.
