Lightning approximately energy

In this page it says that the energy of a Lightning is 5 billion joules, i have some problems with this vallue. For one, the reference for that wikipedia page in specific doesn't say how they get that vallue, they just say that the power of a Lightning is 5 billion joules and, while i think that that page is ok, i would recomend in using the power listed in the Lightning page of wikipedia, since it is a page talking about the Lightning in specific, it problaby have way more attention put it in than the Harvest Lightning page, and the site in reference that wikipedia uses for the 1 billion joules has a more in depth explanation to why they get that vallue. Yes, i know that Lightning varies in power and it is dependant of alot of things, but the 1 billion joules (or 1,6 billion joules as it is in the site) vallue seems to be a good average power for it. I am not trying to downgrade any verse for the matter, i've just saw this recently and i thought that it was strange that that page saided 5 billion joules when the Lightning page of wikipedia says 1 billion joules, and i am pretty sure that most verses wouldn't get affected by this, since Lightning tanking feats, like the page says, are not applicable due to alot of reasons

Are 1 billion or 1.6 billion Joules the average for this?

It would require us to revise all of the profiles that are scaled from the 5 billion Joules result though.

If i recall, Grapple Baki characters are one of the few that scale from a lightning feat

Ninjago is likely being downgraded to whatever the lightning standard is, so there is that too.

Well, 1 billion is what it is on Wikipedia, 1.6 billions is what is in the site. IMO both work, though one could say that the 1.6 billion is more accurate

I'm with 1.6 as well.

I think only very few profiles would be scaled from this, since it's pretty hard to legitimately scale to real lightning.

We only need to fix the few exceptions when it comes up.

Since the lighting standard revisions a while ago, I've seen very few characters rated as 8-C+ via being able to use natural lighting, so this downgrade may not effect as many people as it may seem.

Ninjago is likely being downgraded to whatever the lightning standard is, so there is that too.

At worst they would still be 8-C via a few other (more difficult to calc) feats, but that's beside the point.

This would affect Ourai no Gahkthu.
