Should be a quickie.

The Undertaker is 9-A via Lightning Manipulation.

This is completely wrong, as the Lightning Feats page states that the energy of a lightning bolt is 1.6 billion joules, which is roughly 0.38 tons of tnt, which would be 8-C.

Therefore, The Undertaker via Lightning Manip should be 8-C.

Simple.

Take a look at these feats shown here.

First one looks a little eh, but second one is cloud-to-ground lightning, which is what's accepted as real lightning here on the wiki.

Yeah. It's probably best to just remove the rating altogether.

I mean it's not "humans can survive lightning, therefore lightning at ground level is much weaker", it's "humans can survive lightning because lightning at ground level is much weaker", it's just a quick way to showcase it.
