Clover appears and breaks through the wall of Eldia, taking out most of the survey corps and kills many humans, with the titan shifters not available, it's up to Levi Ackerman to deal with it. Can he kill what appears to be a very abnormal titan?

Levi has the AP but the sword does not really cover a large range to affect the Clover entirely to put it down

unlike titans clover doesn't have any weakness that can be exploited by the sword

although we've seen levi completely cutting a smaller size titan into chunks doing so on a far larger titan would eventually dull his blade.
Thunderspear would help but due to how thunderspears are meant to pierce tougher/harder crystallized armor it doesn't have the explosion range to kill it unless it targets vulnerable areas
Clover size is 91m which far surpasses Colossosal titan, cutting deep enough in the skin would be very problematic even for someone like levi

It's only a matter of time until Levi rans out of gas/swords or get tacked by clover's parasite or attacks

I'd say clover takes with high diff

in the respect thread he snapped a destroyer in half
which is well around large building level with fragmentation
8-B most likely from sheer size strength if he attacks rather than just moving
