So, this might be a longer fight because Starved doesn’t actually have any long ranged projectiles or acrobatics/CQC to make defeating Ron really easy. Starved is like, 5000 times smarter than Ron, but most of that isn’t combat-based.

Ron’s advantages
Ron will easily plow through most of the Badniks since he’s far stronger than them. Ron has a 2.2x AP advantage over Starved (Assuming Starved scales to baseline). And considering Starved isn’t the prettiest person on earth Mobius and is responsible for what’s essentially genocide, Ron might actually choose to “cancel” him (And by that, I mean “insult him and send him flying into the air with no way to escape”). That being said however…

Starved’s advantages
Ron will still usually go with his guns for starting moves, and he is terrible at aiming them. And considering the Time Stones are standard equipment, he might just travel far enough into the future where Ron will be dead already.

Conclusion
Ron will probably take this for once. Ron’s bloodlusted, so he won’t fall into many of his usual CIS weaknesses. Ron will likely easily get close enough to Starved for his shots to actually land, and he has a sizable AP advantage. Therefore, I say Ron FRA.
