So we all know how op 40k is so let do something fun with it

Rule are simple make your own race from the other race on this wiki (that is below tier 5 normally ,they can use tech above tier 5) mix them together give them half a million planet and see if they can take over 40k

You can only have 30 indivisual that is tier 4

And only 2 in tier 1
