The only issue is if the concepts are duplicated. Like a concept of time being lesser form of another type 1 concept of time.

As we know, in verse terminology, universal can be defined in multiple ways. Because of this, the term universal can be interpreted very broadly. So what specific criteria must a universal concept meet in order to qualify as Type 1?.

Universal mean whole of something, so it is about the "range" of the concept's influence. Universal concept mean concept that govern the whole of reality. Reality in this case is varies, the size of reality isn't matter, you can have thr concept of humanity being universal concept despite human exists on Earth only. The verse i'm working on have Daos as these higher concepts and source of Law and Principles/Reason (lesser concepts) that shapes every world/universes (before they are introduced it is just chaotic energy), but it comes from a "core" of the multiverse that shapes all other universes
