Looking at Kyoka's profile I dont see anything that Regulus cannot no-sell, except for that sealing, how does it work?

With sealing, he needs the other 3 legendary Beyblades so it can't be used. Can Leo no-sell Mid-Godly? I mean, he basically one-shots Leo as well.

Regulus is fused with the Universe and becomes resistant/Learns whatever his eyes see.

So as long he can see the beyblade he is cool.
