Lelouche vi Britannia (Code Geass) vs Light Yagami (Death Note)

This is not a question of simply who would win in a fight considering Lelouche has about three different ways of killing Light straight up with his eyes, a gun, or his mech. This is more of a scenario question. Both are based in Japan. Light has established the identity of Kira while Lelouche has created Zero and the Black Knights. Each are responsible for finding the other's identity and killing them in a world with no connection to each other in the starting gate other than regional location. Who kills the other first?

Advantages: Lelouche has more resources and his power has varying uses. Light is more used to this type of scenario and his power is easier to use, though limited in application.

Disadvantages: Lelouche is more used to facing the force that's in power rather than being the force with more power. Would need to be creative. Light has next to no resources or trustworthy help.

Both have characters and allies that acted as resources in their own series, meaning Light gets Misa, Mikami, and potentially people starting to worship Kira, and Lelouche gets the Black Knights, C2, all organizations and people under his use, giving him similar resources to L, but less application for some. (I doubt Kallen would help much.)

Who kills the other? The King or the God? I have my own opinion on who would win but I am really interested in how things would go on here.

Personally, I think Lelouche has this in the bag. He's proven himself a better strategist on the battlefield and only one of these characters actually succeeded in their goal.

And even if this isn't a straight battle, Lelouche's Geass trumps Light's Death Note. The only way for Light to win is to find out Lelouche's true name, which I assume he'll be posing as Zero during this? And even if not, most people know him as Lelouche Lamperouge, which isn't his real name.

Lelouche kills light before Light can find out Lelouche's true name.
