That's... reaction of Summoners... And we have no idea what they actually do in order to activate the weapon either. It could be a tap or a press. It's based on the actual Players. It's weird but....
It's not like every champion are capable of using it in lore. Isn't this kinda pushing it in terms of gameplay mechanics?
