Lay Glanzudlii VS Reinhard Van Astrea

Season 1(5-A) Lay is used
Both are FTL

As you may know, both of these characters are master swordsmen. From what I've seen Reinhardt has many feats for someone in his tier. I am wondering if this is a fair fight. I also know that Reinhardt can resurrect himself as many times as he wishes but could Evansmana negate that?

Round 1: Lay dosent have Evansmana
Round 2: Lay has Evansmana
