ex: someone can manipulate laws of a verse changing how stuff works. basically like plot manip but the Walmart version

Ik, I was saying that concepts are the ideas/notions behind anything and laws are notions, so generally speaking concept manipulation is stronger

Let’s just say in theory that there were 2 characters with equivalent attack potencies and their hax layers equally as well. Now if 1 of these characters could manipulate any and all concepts and if the other could manipulate any and all types of laws wouldn’t the concept manipulator win

Actually now that I think about it, it’s more like I think the concept manipulatior can do more things but the law manipulator can still kill the concept manipulator,
like for example the concept manipulator could destroy the concept of laws, but if the law manipulator tried to place a law destroying concepts it would destroy itself because laws are concepts to.
