He is currently 8-A | Likely High 6-C should we replace 8-A with 7-A didnt he cut a mountain at Punk hazard with low effort ?

Simply cutting a mountain in half wouldn't put you at a mountain level, you would need to reduce the entire thing to at least rubble. Also I might be wrong on this but that mountain looked like just a large hill IIRC. Either way, this isn't gonna get accepted.

This is a small mountain and he only cut it in half, so it's only a small town level feat. Still worthy of an upgrade but not to 7-A.

He did do it casually though, so it could be argued that at full power he'd be town level.

He is 6-C for fighting Doffy and not getting oneshoted. Also, he negates durability with his slashes inside room, so this isnt an AP feat.
