Latios speed revision

Latios is at least as fast as Pikachu's max speed if not faster as there is evidence in the Ash- Pikachu vs Tobias- Latios Sinnoh region

I believe if pikachu can be Massively Hypersonic+ that Latios should be even faster especially with the fact that also in pokemon heros pikachu and even Ash struggled to keep an eye on ether Latios or latias especially in combat.

You need to provide evidence of Pikachu and Ash being unable to see either.

The movie Pokemon heros every time Ash meets Latios is cloaked and able to avoid a mid range thunder bolt and procced to flatten pikachu and continues to come around again. Also Latios beat Latias to the role of saving the town.

Also their stats in game Latios is 20 points higher than pikachu.
