well simply based on the amount of hype around karna and arjuna's power in the fate series, i wud say they shud win (but then again i am not sure)

If she is Rhon possessed she wins high diff not she will need to unseal Rhon to contend with them.

against karna she will lose. he has better nps and if she is rhon possessed it will be even easier for him since she is a divine spirite in that state and his vasavi shakti would be more effective on her
as for arjuna she might actually win since lancers have an advantage against archers most of the time but his pashupata might make a difference so it can go either way

Full power Karna is half sun god. I think even by base power He is a lot stronger than female knight that got divinity by holding holy spear and he have a lot of god weapon
Arjuna will give her hard time but if she always take him in close distance and won't give him time to use his NP she can win as Arjuna's fighting skill in close distance mustn't be higher than EMIYA(don't sure because he got A rank STR - -*) so he can't hold her for long time But if he can make significant distance and use his NP He win
in their Mahabharata story If Karna don't have a lot of curse and god tier bad luck He must godstomp Arjuna even without divine spear

if she is in Goddess Rhongomyniad form, both Karna and Arjuna are screwed. Rhon's casual blast was 1000 times stronger than strong NP like Excalibur. Her barrier also strong enough to tank Ozy's grail-boosted 10 dendera light which each of them holds power equal to solar flare
Rhon's true form is "pillar of light that acts as foundation of the planet itself". She's without doubt on same level or even stronger than true divine spirits like Quetz or Ishtar which are small planet level at least

@Nasis not really, he wouldn't "Godstomp" Arjuna in any way, even without curses. The only curse that affected him in actual battle was the one revolving around his chariot. Karna was probably a bit stronger than Arjuna or even his equal, with Arjuna always edging out due to Krishna.
