Seems like FK needs to create a physical body to be able to interact with LDB himself anyways, so I don't see how it matters much

Depends on what you mean by defeat it. Her Non-Physical Interaction would allow her to harm his body but she's 2-C, he's 2-A so she's in no way beating him physically and most of her other stuff get countered by his other intangibility and resistances.

TP behind + Corruption

Her Corruption (Mind stuff) would get hard countered by layered ghost resistances and all ghosts have reactive evolution if put in a high emotion/deadly situation which can buff stats, hax potency, and resistances so she's gonna need layers.

As for other stuff, her sealing (going off the scan used on her profile) grabs the target and pulls them in. FK can just break his form down and slip through or out power the grab through better physicals. Power Nullification could stop the use of some of his abilities but her Power Absorption/Reactive Evolution is unlikely to do much given he's Infinitely powerful and has Infinite stamina so she wouldn't make it to his level plus his own Reactive Evolution acts as a counter.

Her only real win condition I'm seeing at least is using BFR on him.

He's got a larger chance at winning, so yeah. Note, she shouldn't have much issue dodging his attacks, it's simply he has more advantages that would net him the win in my opinion more times then not.
