@Antvasima I don't agree with Quas reasoning, this is clearly a reaction speed feat, although, I think the justification would need a link.

Anyway the Jessica instance basically confirm that it is mainly time slow.
I modified the justification to be "''Varies''' with Envy (Proportional to how much envy the opponent has felt), likely up to '''Massively Hypersonic''' Reaction Speed with Envy ([[The Seven Stakes of Purgatory|Leviathan's]] speed was perceived as 1/983 of what it should be to her, although how much can be attributed to her time slow ability is unclear)"
