Inconclusive:

Sapientia : 5

>No fleeing to Purgatorio or Paradiso for Sapientia

I dont think youre allowed to ban powers that dont grant a tier change

this is extermly close from what i can tell, but sapienta has invisibility and intagibility plus he isnt limited to four attacks so my vote goes to sapienta. but the real loser would be anything or anyone living on land.

The 4 move thing is likely a game mechanic.

Also intangibility doesn't mean much to Kyogyre since it has Non Physical Interaction.

Kyogre being limited to 4 moves is game mechanics yes

Kyogre's NPI doesnt apply to things that are intangible due to being in another dimension

i had a feeling that came from like fighting ghost types or something so i wasnt entirly sure, however i will stick to my vote.

Kyogre can hit non corporeal things. And has resistance to nearly everything Sapienta has so what can that thing even do?

Kyogre's ability to hit non-corporeal things does not in any way apply to things that are non-corporeal or intangible due to them residing within another dimension

Ok and how does that help him against Kyogyre's resistance to like all the elements that Sapienta uses in character?

I didn't know that energy was an element.

And what's stopping Kyogyre from resting and getting full health?

the fact that he would be asleep and vunreable for several minutes? and i didnt know fairy was an element or electricity or heat (fire).

Sapienta is Non-Corporeal. Not sure how Kyogre (at least base key) can deal with that. If that's not a problem, then Kyogre does have access to quite a number of moves, though, which include Sheer Cold and Thunder.

Sapentia >>> Justice >>> Glamor > Fll Power Gracious and Glorious >>>>> Restricted Gracious and Glorious who are 183 Petatons
