Kumagawa quite literally wouldn't even think about Bookmaker because snail thoughts. Plus HW's power null doesn't null the power directly, it stops the person from being able to use the power properly because they're too busy thinking about things snails think about.

Yeah but I mean isn't everything set up for the enemy to fail in that case? This is no different than setting up an instant win for someone since that might as well be a normal reaction for anyone to not do anything to those.
Well, #2 is possible for certain enemies.
But yeah as long as there's a chance he actually does it and we don't just say "Oh he can do this but there's no way he would actually before he gets defeated" otherwise it's like pitting OP humans against Light Yagami while he's on the other side of the world with their name and image.
