Well, it is difficult to say. Kumagawa can basically negate and undo pretty much anything, even concepts and ideas. This is the kind of matchup that would potentially be completely mind-bending and cannot be gauged accurately. More people will likely say Giorno, since he is more popular, but I personally don't see how we can evaluate this in an objective manner.
