can GER damage toji? since the AP difference its quite big, but either way, toji cant kill giorno, maybe giorno could use ger to make poisonous animals to kill toji?, or using age manip to make toji a 80 year old guy that cant move

Yeah or even just the other life hax he has like age manip which just takes him touching Toji for a short period, he aged an ever green in seconds and their life span is hundreds of years, Toji's already in his 20s, he'd be aged to his late 70s quickly if anything which may end up weakening him. He can also make Toji's senses mess up nerfing him too.

This. Also worth mentioning that Bruno said that Giorno's lack of power makes the sense manipulation worse, to the point where Bruno straight up said he'd die of shock if hit multiple times. (This is the same Bruno mind you that can get donuted through the chest and still fight for a prolonged period)

Given how both Giorno and Toji are in tier 8, and that GER scales so far above the High 8-C value its not even funny, I'd argue that his sense manipulation may just straight up be able to kill Toji by itself. Even disregarding all of the other shit Giorno has.
