Sorry if I'm late, I just want to add that putting yourself together in this fashion is usually classified as Body Control, rather than regeneration.
This applies to characters whose body is structured in a way it can be reassembled, even if unrealistically, instead of having to actually regrow lost pieces. This applies to characters such as skeletons, people made of blocks and so on, and I believe the snowman should have it too, also because he can maneuver the individual pieces while disattached.
