This fight is very similar to GEoM vs Goku, except that the speed gap between the two fighters is smaller (~5 to 10 times difference instead of millions). Still, Naruto and Sasuke does have experience in facing opponents that were faster during their fights (Obito's Kamui, Kaguya). It is also possible that depending on the amount of boost that Kurama/Perfect Susanoo gives, they should be able to somewhat withstand/react to Krillin's attacks.

Krillin would still be victorious due to the speed advantage, AP, as well as the variety of ways you can fire a ki blast at an opponent. Amateratsu and genjutsu can end the fight quickly if they hit however.
