They both start out of sight from each other in New York City, maybe about half a kilometer away from each other, speed is equalized and the only thing either knows is that their opponent is a hunter just like them.

In terms of skill, it seems to me that Kraven from Marvel Comics is far ahead in this, although it can be debatable. Kraven is quite tactical as a hunter, versatile in his plans, and very good at tracking his targets, even if he doesn't have enough knowledge about the Predator, I think Kraven knows how to deal with other hunters. After all, he was able to surprise Spider-Man himself on occasions, which is quite a feat when dealing with a character with his senses and reactions. In terms of statistics, Kraven is completely outmatched, as the Predator seems to scale to 8-C+, the Predator has a vastly higher LS and demonstrates naturally superhuman resistance. Another advantage of the Predator are its haxes, perhaps things like Invisibility and sound manipulation may not be as useful against someone as skilled as Kraven, but definitely the guided attack with the intelligent disc, the plasma launchers that could possibly take down Kraven with one shot, or its ability to increase damage in any of its attacks could help. The Predator could easily have access to Shinnok's amulet, which is capable of absorbing souls and energy, and projecting energy over distances of kilometers, and even in its profile it says that the amulet can shoot a single powerful beam or multiple beams that seek enemies from multiple directions. Kraven is supposed to have a chance, if this is taken strategically, but I think that when they engage in direct combat, most of the time the Predator will be the one with the upper hand and likely to win with the first shot.
