Should Korrok be upgraded to "Possibly 2-A", based on his statement of controlling nearly half of an infinite multiverse? And, after all, any non-infinitely small portion of something infinite would still be infinite.

The exact quote is on his page, but, again; "They bring me into their world because they want what only I can give. In this place, seven billion men bear my mark. And of the limitless infinity of worlds, I rule over almost half of them."

Then, if that's the case, I don't see why not. Characters who can exert their control over a specific number of universes typically scale to that tier.
