Konohamaru speed

I was wondering why on Jūgo's profile he's given Massively Hypersonic+ with Sub-Relativistic reactions and combat speed (Can react to Konohamaru's attacks) the reasoning for sub-relativistic is being able to react to konohamaru, however, Konohamarus profile has him at Massively Hypersonic+ without sub-rel reactions and combat speed.

I believe Konohamarus speed should be increased to MHS+ with sub-rel reactions

wasn't he scaled to sub-rel because of him dodging lightning if I recall correctly since that feat was accepted
