What Bruh said, so... Kokichi is somewhat protected against Overhaul's Decon, and if he manages to restrain his hands and/or remove them, Overhaul is powerless. Granted, tho... Overhaul has a good skill advantage against Kokichi, has more experience, and has powers and tricks Kokichi has never seen before. So it is still a uphill battle for the grape-haired rat.

he'll obviously keep his distance from Overhaul knowing he could instantly be destroyed by one touch but he'll have to get past Overhaul constantly shifting the arena around him into spikes and other things to protect himself from damage.

I'm actually well versed in both Dangan and MHA so i'm able to support both characters lmao.

Overhaul is obviously more skilled then Kokichi, Kai was able to fight on par with Sir Nighteye someone who was All Might Sidekick at one point and he knew the future plus how Overhaul would move in the battle still being overwhelmed by Kai, he's able to match Lemillion with his quirk someone who was trained personally by Sir Nighteye to gain OFA and just to show off easily defeated all of Class 1-A cause of how skilled he was with quirk and in CQC with it, Kai is also able to predict the movements of opponents similar to how Deku can and easily outpaced Deku at his current % limit of 20%.

So, in other words, if Overhaul gets close to the Exisal that contains Kokichi, he ded. I also presume, in part to Overhaul's skill and experience advantage and Kokichi's own lackingness in those fields, he'll have a rather tough time in tagging him. Granted, one good hit from Kokichi is enough to extremely damage Overhaul - and likely instant death if Kokichi manages to hit his head or torso - and can easily restrain him if he gets the chance. Hm...

To get things going, I'll vote for Kokichi for now due to having a small but notable dura advantage against Overhaul's spikes, Overhaul's natural dura and ap kinda screwing him over, numbers advantage with his Exisals... and Kokichi's intelligence might be able to help him somewhat.

OH turns the battlefield into a spike playground and kills every Exisal near instantly. Even if he survives, Kokichi has no answer to OH just eternally healing himself as long as he doesn’t get shot in the head, and considering how smart OH is and his ability to move around way better than any of the Exisals, on top of his analytical prediction, it’s not happening.

Knowing what “Overhaul” does isn’t going to prepare Kokichi for Kai touching the ground and turning everything in a near hundred meter radius into a weapon that is skewering all 5 of the Exisals at the same time. The AP advantage against OH’s spikes isn’t remotely high so if he just spams 30 spikes at an Exisal like he did vs Mirio it’s going to die. And he can do that with no cost and a flick of his wrist.

Voting OH due to complete control of the battlefield, better ranged attacks via Spike spam, mobility by moving the ground beneath himself, one shotting anything that gets near him, far better combat intelligence, analytical prediction and endless healing. The only hope for Kokichi is a bullet to the head, but the likelihood of that happening before Kai has already turned every Exisal into a pincushion is ridiculously low.
