Hmm, this is difficult. Knuckles seems to have the AP advantage, while Knuckles seems to have the skill advantage.

Knuckles:

• Attack Potency (7.58 gigatons > 5.92 gigatons)
• Intellect (Knux could easily trick Knux if he knew he should)

Knuckles:

• Lifting Strength (and it's not even close. Knux is Class 100, while this Knux is Class M)
• Stamina (Despite being kinky as all hell, Knux has very high stamina and can fight while bruised while Knux is only Superhuman)
• Powers & Abilities (Knux has several more powers and abilities)
• Range (mele < Standard Melee Range and Tens of Kilometers with Abilities, also, wtf is mele?)

Knuckles from Sonic X would normally take this via restraining, but Knuckles is stupid, plain and simple. He'd rush in and attempt to out damage Knuckles the Comic, which could end either way since Knuckles the X has hand to hand combat mastery in his key while Knuckles the Comic does not. Knuckles X has more abilities and more win conditions, but he doesn't have the intelligence to use them.

This leads the two most important factors to be Stamina and Attack Potency. If Knux from Comix had more stamina, he'd win, but Knuckles X wins due to his Expertise in Hand to Hand Combat and Stamina, so, either way Knuckles X kicks Knux from the comics to the curb with difficulty.

Lets say that their both bloodlusted now, and Knuckles X is acting more strategically. Well then, X restrains for hours due to him having incredible stamina, or outranges Comic and wins. The only way Comic could win is by tricking Knux X, which he would not due to bloodlust.

X Knuckles isn’t exactly a moron, he’s just gullible and naive. He’s a competent combatant and has shown to grapple with or attempt to throw enemies away with his great strength, use his surroundings to his advantage, and exploit an enemy’s weaknesses.
