Knock Out Durability

If a character is temporarily knocked out by an attack but is otherwise undamaged, how does their durability scale to the attack?

Question came about since I'm talking to verse supporters how The Pretender should scale to this feat
If the character regains consciousness within a few seconds, he will scales to it completely, but if it takes a long time to regain consciousness, he will downscaled from it.

So does her taking 11s to get up count as the former? How long counts as a long time?
